Pasta alla carbonara
NAME
Pasta alla Carbonara - (usually spaghetti) is an Italian pasta dish based on eggs, cheese, bacon, and black pepper. It was invented in the middle of the 20th century. In all versions of the recipe, the eggs are added to the sauce raw, and cook with the heat of the pasta itself.
SYNOPSIS
4 Portions:
- 500g of Pasta (spaghetti)
- 1 Onion
- 100g of Bacon
- 4 Eggs
- Olive oil
- Black Pepper
- Parmesan cheese
DESCRIPTION
In a pot, boil the pasta (al dente) with a little of salt and olive oil. In a pan, fry the chopped onion and bacon in Olive oil, till it gets golden. Mix them all together in the pan and add the egg yolk, black pepper, parmesan cheese and mix well.
